My body is ACHING!

Someone help me! T_T
My whole body is so stiff and it is aching SO BADLY!
My shoulder and legs!
Gonna die soon.

I was woken up ALOT OF TIMES in the night, not because of dreams or alarm, WAS BECAUSE I WAS MOVING AND IT HURTS! ALOT
TO THE EXTREME!
